Listed here are the runs which will be used for training throughout the winter months, that is, during the time that the clocks are set at GMT.
Mondays and Wednesdays can be straightforward runs following the suggested routes or they can incorporate particular efforts as advised.
Thursday training takes place on the track and caters for all comers who divide according to individual goals being focused upon.
Everyone is welcome to take part in any or all of the sessions which are organised by Jean.
Please note that Jean is always on hand at the club on every Thursday evening throughout the year except for a few days over the Christmas period. However, if it snows she doesn’t attend and neither should you – you need to stay injury free.
